Booking Conditions

• At the time a reservation is made 20% of the net rental price will be requested to hold the reservation. This may be paid by a mailed in personal check within 10 Days.

• On receipt of the deposit a confirmation letter will be issued quoting the home address and telephone number.

  On receipt of the full payment we will send you the keys and directions to the house so you will be able to locate either the villa direct or our management company for assistance.

• The full balance of the reservation is required 36 days prior to your arrival date, or payment in full at the time of reserving the home if less than four weeks notice is available. Payment will be accepted in the form of mailed in personal check.
• With the full payment a $300 Security deposit is required and has to be mailed together with the full payment or be paid at arrival to the local management company. This Security Deposit you will get back normaly at departure from the local management company.

• Check in time is from 4:00 pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise agreed with us before your arrival.
  Check out time is 11:00 am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed with us.

Important! Look for a Travel Insurance.
The cancellation fees are if you cancel the reservation:
more than 90 days before arrival 20 % of rental price
89 - 60 days before arrival 50% of rental price
59 - 30 days before arrival 75% of rental price
after 29th day before arrival 100% of the rental price
